Wendy Chaite
Wendy Chaite, JD, LP-MHC specializes in counseling college/graduate students; adults and legal professionals going through life/career transitions; and individuals dealing with anxiety; depression; parenting and/or aging parents; relationship conflicts; and the like. Wendy also has an interest in supporting clients/family members dealing with chronic; life threatening; terminal medical conditions; chronic pain: and/or grief and bereavement.
As a former mental health and wellness program director, law school career counselor, attorney, adjunct professor, national research/healthcare advocate, family caregiver and death and dying doula, she brings a wealth of knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience to the therapeutic counseling relationship. In addition to successfully completing a master degree in Mental Health Counseling, Wendy received training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT); positive psychology (PP); neurolinguistic programming (NLP); mindfulness; and death and dying.
